Preheat the oven to moderate temperature (180°F)
Grease a small, square baking dish measuring 20 cm
In a medium bowl, mix together the apples, raisins, and 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
Place the mixture in the prepared baking dish
In another bowl, mix together the wheat germ, oatmeal, and remaining 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
Mix the melted butter or margarine with the honey
Combine it with the wheat germ mixture
Mix well and place the spoonfuls over the fruit, then bake for 20 minutes or until the apples are tender and the topping is golden brown
