2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Remove any excess fat from each ribeye medallion
Combine soy sauce, curry powder, olive oil, honey, and black pepper in a bowl
Add the beef and mix until the seasoning coats it evenly
Let it rest for 20 minutes
Drain the beef and reserve the seasoning
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat
Cook the beef on one side for about 3-5 minutes, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness
Baste with reserved seasoning and repeat on the other side
Serve immediately with steamed vegetables.
