400g of wheat flour
200g of butter
2 tablets of yeast
2 spoons (tablespoons) of fresh cream
1/2 cup of milk
1 pinch of salt
Filling:
300g of chopped nuts
300g of caramelized sugar
1 lemon zest
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
200g of white raisins
400g of wheat flour
200g of butter

Filling:
300g of chopped nuts
300g of caramelized sugar

200g of white raisins
Warm the milk with 2 tablespoons of caramelized sugar, remove from heat and add the yeast tablets
Mix the flour with butter and add the remaining ingredients
Mix everything until the dough becomes soft
Let it rest for 1 hour, covered with a clean cloth
Open the dough and cut it into squares (7 x 7 cm)
Prepare the filling: mix all the ingredients with 1/2 cup of water and place on top of the squares
Fold into a half-moon shape, place in a baking dish and let rest for 10 minutes
Bake in a hot oven, baking for half an hour
