Place the rapadura into small pieces in a saucepan and cover it with water
Boil the rapadura until it breaks down
Reduce the liquid to a thread-like consistency, then bring it back to a boil for an additional 20 minutes
The honey is now done
Add the cloves and serve with cream, cheese or banana.
