Beat the egg whites, add the sugar and continue beating until stiff peaks form
Add the vinegar and beat a little more
Grease a baking dish with butter and dust with sugar
Distribute the meringue into four circles and bake in a preheated oven at 150oC until golden brown
Let it cool in the oven with the door open
Beat the whipped cream and sugar together until stiff peaks form
Place the meringue on a serving dish, top with the whipped cream and garnish with strawberries.
