1 large onion (150 g), finely chopped
3 cloves of garlic, minced
4 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of curry powder (caril)
4 tablespoons of water
4 tablespoons of white wine
500 g of mussels with shells, well washed and cleaned.
2 tablespoons of chopped cilantro
1/2 teaspoon of salt or to taste

In a large saucepan, fry the onion and garlic in olive oil over medium heat until they're soft (about 3 minutes)
Add the curry powder, water, and white wine
Let it boil
Add the mussels and cook with the lid on until they open (about 5 minutes)
Serve hot
Discard any unopened mussels and sprinkle cilantro and salt on top
Serve warm
