    Open as many corn husks as you like, leaving them attached at the lower end. Remove all the hair from the corn. Spread two tablespoons of softened butter on each ear. Close the husk again and secure well with a thin wire. Adjust the grill to 12 cm from the flame. Place the corn near the edge of the grill. Grill for 20-30 minutes, turning occasionally with long-handled tongs, until the corn is tender.
