Grate the coconuts and place on a fine cloth
Squeeze out the pure coconut milk
Add 3 cups hot water and squeeze out the second coconut milk
Add the remaining water and squeeze out the third coconut milk
Heat the tapioca while stirring (if it's hard, add more water)
When boiling, add the second and third coconut milks, and finally the thick coconut milk
Add the milk, salt, ground cinnamon, and cloves
