7 large ripe peaches (near 1 kg)
2 tablespoons of orange juice

1 small orange peel (100 g), without seeds and white pulp, cut into chunks

In a large pot, bring 4 liters of water to a boil at high heat
Add the peaches and wait until the skin starts to peel off (about 15 seconds)
Drain and transfer to a medium bowl
Cover with cold water and reserve
In another medium bowl, place the orange juice. Reserve
Remove the peach skins by pulling them with your fingers
Cut them in half and remove the pits
Soak them in the reserved orange juice
Blend the peaches in a blender until you get a puree
Add the orange juice, yogurt, and honey and blend well
Put it back in the bowl used to soak the peaches with lime juice, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour
Distribute among six dessert plates and decorate with strawberry and orange chunks
Serve immediately
