Preheat the oven to 180°C
In a bowl, combine yeast, sugar, salt, and warm milk
Stir until yeast dissolves
Add butter, flour, egg, and mix well
Divide the dough into six equal parts and let it rest for 30 minutes
Roll out each part, forming a strip
Brush with melted butter and roll up like a croissant
Cut into 1 cm thick slices and shape into mini pies, pressing down in the center with your finger
Filling: Mix together ground beef, butter, onion, tomato, salt, and pepper
Place a spoonful of filling on top of each pie
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
