Beat the eggs, add the flour, salt, and milk
Beat until a smooth batter forms
Grease a skillet and add enough batter to make a thin French toast strip
Tilt the skillet from side to side to evenly distribute the batter
When the French toast is golden brown on the bottom, flip it with a spatula and fry the other side
Roll up the French toast strips and then cut them into fine slices
Place these strips in hot broth
