Preheat the oven to 520°F
Mix yeast and warm water
Let it rest for 15 minutes
In a large bowl, mix oil, milk, sugar, and salt with yeast-infused water
Work the dough until smooth
Divide into three equal balls
Cover with a clean towel and let rise for 30 minutes
Open one of the dough balls on a clean surface with a floured rolling pin to make it thin like paper
Dust with sesame seeds or poppy seeds
Place in a greased pan with butter and bake in the oven for five minutes
Repeat the process with the remaining dough balls.
