Mix the gorgonzola cheese with milk and knead well
Spread over the pancakes
Top with a layer of thinly sliced ham
Fold in half
Place in a buttered oven-safe dish and bake in a moderate oven (170°C) for about 10 minutes
Garnish with thin strips of ham
Serve 8 slices.
