Let the dough thaw according to the manufacturer's instructions
Unroll the dough and cut out circles of 6cm in diameter using a cookie cutter
Shape into mini pizza crusts of 5cm in diameter
Place on a baking sheet and bake in a hot oven (250°C) for 45 minutes or until golden brown
In a bowl, mix together the tomato, mozzarella cheese, olive oil, oregano, and salt. Reserve
Remove the dough from the mini pizza crusts and fill each one with the tomato and mozzarella mixture
When serving, place in a hot oven for 5 minutes or until the mozzarella melts
