Preheat the oven to 180°C (medium)
In a large bowl, combine the bread crumbs, water, and half of the salt
Let it rest for about 30 minutes
Drain, transfer to a clean cloth, squeeze well, and reserve
In a large baking dish, mix well the mussel meat, shrimp, clams, lemon juice, paprika, parsley, olive oil, garlic, and remaining salt
Put it in the preheated oven until the seafood is cooked through (about 25 minutes)
Remove from the oven and reserve
In a large pot, cook the asparagus in boiling water until tender (about 5 minutes)
Drain and reserve
In another pot, cook the snap peas the same way until tender (about 12 minutes)
Drain and reserve
Prepare the tomato sauce: In a medium pot, over medium heat, sauté all the ingredients
Cover, reduce heat, and simmer until the onion is soft (about 25 minutes)
Transfer to a blender and blend until smooth
Strain through a fine-mesh sieve
In a large serving dish, arrange the bread crumbs in the center and around it, the tomato sauce, seafood, and vegetables
Serve immediately
