0.5 kg of piracuí flour (fish flour)
1 1/2 kg of cooked and mashed potatoes

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat
Cook the garlic until fragrant
Add the green peppercorn, parsley, and cilantro
Cook until the flavors meld
Mix in the piracuí flour
Add the mashed potatoes to the piracuí flour and egg
Mix well, seasoning as needed, and shape into fritters with your hands
Fry the fritters in a large skillet over medium heat, adding oil as needed until they are evenly golden brown
Serve warm or at room temperature
