Soak the wheat flour in cold water and let it rest for 20 minutes
Drain and reserve
Cook the beans with water in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes or until tender
Drain, reserve the broth and transfer to a blender
Blend until a puree forms, adding reserved broth as needed
Turn off the blender and combine with the sifted wheat flour, egg, coriander, garlic, sesame paste, and wheat flour
Blend until smooth
Transfer to a bowl and season with salt and black pepper
Mix and shape the balls with greased hands
Dip in pepper and reserve
Heat oil and fry the balls until golden brown
Serve hot.
