0.5 kg of boneless fish (cod, tuna)
salt and black pepper to taste
1 egg lightly beaten
3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
0.25 cup of oil
250g of lima beans cut into 5cm pieces
250g of fresh mushrooms sliced thinly
1 cup of special sauce (see recipe below)
0.5 kg of boneless fish (cod, tuna)

0.25 cup of oil
250g of lima beans cut into 5cm pieces

Cut the fish into 5x2cm pieces and season with salt and pepper to taste
Passe through the beaten egg and the all-purpose flour
Heat the oil in a large frying pan
Add some fish pieces and fry carefully, turning occasionally to prevent breaking apart
Remove as it is cooking
Add the lima beans and fry for 1 minute
Add the mushrooms and fry, stirring occasionally, for an additional 1 minute
Add the sauce and fish
Stir well to warm and thicken slightly
Serve immediately
Serves 4 people.
