2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 diced onion
1 minced garlic
1 anchovy fillet
1/4 cup of capers
1 can of tuna
1 can of tomato puree
1/2 cup of pitted black olives, chopped
4 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
4 tablespoons of fresh basil, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Heat the olive oil over medium heat
Add the diced onion and minced garlic
Let it cook until golden brown
Remove from heat and add the anchovy fillet
Mash well
Heat again, then add the capers, black olives, tuna, tomato puree
Stir well for 3 minutes
Cover the pan and let it simmer slowly for 40 minutes
Season to taste with salt, pepper, parsley, and basil.
