1/2 pound of beef

6 leaves of parsley
1 1/2 cups of dry white wine
salt and black pepper to taste

Cut the beef into strips of 1 cm wide
Drain boiling water over the tomatoes and peel them
Halve and remove seeds
Chop into pieces
Peel and chop the onion and garlic
Heat the olive oil
Fry the garlic and onion for a few minutes
Dust the beef strips with wheat flour and add to the pan with the onion and garlic, letting it brown on all sides
Remove the beef and keep warm
In the same pan, add the tomatoes, parsley, and wine
Taste and season with salt and black pepper as needed
Let it simmer for about 15 minutes
Remove the parsley leaves
Add the beef back in and reheat thoroughly
Don't forget to check the seasoning again
