In a small saucepan, whisk together the cornstarch and milk
Whisk constantly over medium heat until it comes to a boil
Remove from heat and stir in the yogurt, green onion, and hot sauce
Mix well
Perfect for serving with poultry or fish
Yield: 1 cup or 16 tablespoons.
