1 cup of sugar (can be white or brown)

1/2 cup of vinegar
1/2 cup of water
1 tablespoon of cornstarch

Mix the first 4 ingredients and bring to a simmer for 5 minutes, then let it cool and freeze
To serve, heat until starting to simmer
Add the cornstarch (dissolved in water)
If you want to freeze the sauce completely ready, use flour and cornstarch in equal parts (1/2 to 1/2)
