2 avocados
2/3 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup water
Squeeze of 1 lime juice
1/4 teaspoon grated lime zest

Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, scoop out the flesh and cut it into chunks
Reserve 4 tablespoons of heavy cream
Blend all the ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth
Transfer the puree to a small saucepan, bring to medium heat and let simmer
Reduce heat and cook until the sauce has reduced to 1 cup
Remove from heat, let cool and stir in the reserved heavy cream.
