1 1/2 cups of corn syrup
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

Melt the chocolate and water in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly to prevent boiling
Remove from heat and slowly add the corn syrup, stirring well
Let it simmer for 10 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally
Add the vanilla extract
Serve hot or cold over ice cream or dessert
It yields approximately 1 2/3 cups.
