Sear the mushrooms in butter; add the flour
Then, add the water, bouillon cube, seasonings, and cook until the mixture thickens, stirring constantly
To add the egg, remove some of the sauce
Mix the egg well and then pour it into the remaining sauce
Finally, serve 1 3/4 cups.
