Combine the gorgonzola and milk, butter and Parmesan cheese in a saucepan
Heat over low heat and stir until smooth
Add the heavy cream and stir well
Season to taste
Toss with 250g (1/2 package) of cooked spaghetti, fettuccine or linguine, hot and drained
Stir well
Serve immediately
