Cook the chicken breasts with the onion and water until they are tender
Debone the chicken breasts and cut them into pieces
Blend together in a blender with the onion, eggs, olive oil, and salt to form a thick cream
Add the green peppercorns and mix well
Fry for 1 1/2 cups.
