2 cups of milk

2 tablespoons (or 3 teaspoons) of grated orange peel
1/4 cup of orange liqueur
8 egg yolks

Soak the milk, sugar, and grated orange peel in a water bath
Gradually whisk in the warmed milk mixture into the lightly beaten egg yolks, beating well
Heat again in a water bath
Stir constantly until it thickens
Add the orange liqueur
Serving warm over filled ramekin with whipped cream, custard or chocolate.
