1 large onion

100g of cooked or raw ham, diced
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
salt and black pepper to taste

Chop the onion and fry it in the olive oil until it's soft but not too browned
Blend in a blender with the ham cut into small pieces
Add a little water if needed to blend smoothly
Combine the tomato paste and season to taste with salt and black pepper.
