1 1/2 cups of heavy cream (360 ml)
3 tablespoons of lime juice
1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
1 jar of fish roe (100 g)
Ground black pepper to taste
For garnish
12 sprigs of fresh dill
12 slices of lime with rind

Divide the brie cheese into 12 equal parts
Distribute among 12 plates and reserve
In a medium bowl, combine the heavy cream, lime juice, and salt
Mix well. Reserve
Place each plate with a slice of cheese in the microwave and heat at high power until the cheese starts to melt (about 30 seconds)
Top each slice with a tablespoon of fish roe and surround with two tablespoons of the reserved cream mixture
Sprinkle with black pepper
Garnish with fresh dill and lime slices
Serve with crackers
