1 cup well-chopped horseradish (150 g)
1 box of cream cheese (American-style - 227 g)
1 finely chopped garlic clove
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 teaspoon dried dillweed (optional)
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours
When serving, garnish with chopped parsley and thin slices of horseradish
Serve with bread or meat
Serves approximately 1 1/2 cups (24 tablespoons).
