Place a bowl over low heat with the olive oil, onion, and garlic
Cook for 3 minutes in high heat
Add the tomatoes, bay leaf, and return to the microwave with the bowl covered, cooking on high heat for 12 minutes
Season and serve with spaghetti or your preferred pasta
