Season the fillets with lemon juice and salt
Coat them in flour and set aside
In a skillet, melt the butter and add the fillets
Reduce heat, cover, and cook for 5 minutes, turning halfway through
Check if the fish is cooked by inserting a fork; if it flakes easily, it's done
Add the cheese and milk to the skillet, stir well, and let simmer
Remove from heat and serve
