Combine the tomatoes, oregano, garlic, and tomato paste in a pan
Season
Bring to medium heat, stirring well and mashing the tomatoes
When it starts to boil, reduce the heat and simmer, stirring occasionally for about 15 minutes
Remove from heat and strain through a sieve
Reserve for topping pizza
