4 egg yolks
1/3 cup of granulated sugar
1/3 cup of Marsala wine
1 cup heavy cream, whipped

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar in a bain-marie
Add the Marsala wine and beat well until it thickens
Place the bowl over ice and beat until the sauce cools; this will take 3 minutes
Add the whipped heavy cream, sweetened to taste
Refrigerate.
