Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)
Blend all ingredients in a blender
Pour into a 20cm diameter ring mold, greased with butter
Bake in a water bath for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
Let it cool, remove from mold and serve
