a few drops of hot sauce
3 tablespoons of vinegar
3 cups of beef or chicken broth

Combine all the ingredients -except the broth-in a blender
Cover and blend until smooth
Pour into a glass container
Add the broth and stir
Store in the refrigerator for 10 to 15 days
Stir before using
Yield: 4 cups.
