1 kg of seedless tomatoes
1 tablespoon tomato paste
500 ml of water
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup (chopped) of olive oil
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 large onion, chopped
100 g of bacon, diced
1 tablespoon oregano
1 teaspoon salt
Black pepper to taste
1 kg of seedless tomatoes
1 tablespoon tomato paste

In a blender, blend the seedless tomatoes, tomato paste, water, and sugar
Add the olive oil, garlic, onion, and bacon
Blend until smooth
Cook over low heat for 30 minutes
Mince the garlic and chop the onion
Cut the bacon into small cubes
Heat the olive oil in a pan, then sauté the garlic, onion, and bacon until golden brown
Add the oregano, salt, and tomato mixture
Simmer for 10-15 minutes or until the sauce thickens
This sauce is perfect with short pasta shapes like fusilli and farfalle, as well as lasagna.
