4 egg yolks

In a blender, place all the ingredients except for the butter
Melt the butter in a small pan over low heat until it's smooth and creamy
Blend the mixture with the lid off, slowly pouring in the melted butter while constantly mixing until everything is well combined
Resulting yield: 1 1/4 cups
Best served with vegetables, poached eggs, and fish.
