Two tablespoons of Jimmy's sauce
One teaspoon of salt
One-quarter teaspoon of cinnamon
One teaspoon of black pepper
One-quarter teaspoon of thyme
One teaspoon of marjoram in powder form
One-eighth teaspoon of cloves

Variation: Use 3/4 cup ketchup instead of tomato paste; omit cinnamon, thyme, and cloves.
