3 to 4 pounds of cleaned seafood
Sauce:
6 large, ripe tomatoes, seedless and chopped
3 to 4 cloves of garlic, minced
1/3 cup of olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Heat the olive oil in a saucepan until it starts to smoke
Fry the garlic until golden brown
Add the chopped tomatoes and season with salt and pepper
Cook until all the liquid has evaporated and the sauce has thickened
While the sauce is thickening, cook the seafood as explained earlier
Serve 4 to 6 portions.
