1 cup of mayonnaise
1 cup of sour cream or natural yogurt
2 tablespoons (or 3 teaspoons) of curry powder
1 tablespoon of chopped capers
1 tablespoon of mustard
1 tablespoon of finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon of finely chopped parsley
1 tablespoon of salt
1 measure of whiskey
1 cup of mayonnaise

Combine all the ingredients, except for the whiskey, in a bowl
Mix well and let it rest for 20 minutes
Add the whiskey and mix again
Use as needed (yields 2 1/2 cups)
