One cup of 200g natural yogurt
Two tablespoons of olive oil
Two tablespoons of finely chopped pickles
One tablespoon of finely chopped onion
One tablespoon of finely chopped salsa
1/8 teaspoon of ground cumin
Salt and black pepper to taste

In a small bowl, whisk the yogurt until it's smooth
Add the olive oil gradually, whisking continuously
Add all other ingredients and mix very well
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours and serve with fried, cooked, or grilled fish
