Cover the fish pieces in a large pan, topping them with some tomato, onion, bell pepper, and cilantro slices
Add the remaining fish pieces, covering them with another layer of seasoning
Pour in coconut milk dissolved in 1/2 cup of water and dendro oil, and bring to a low simmer
Let the stew cook, covered, until the fish is fully cooked.
