Season the fish fillets with salt, pepper, and lime juice
Place some fish in the pan and cover it with half of the tomato, onion, pepper, and cilantro slices
Add the remaining fish and cover again with the vegetables until everything is done
Carefully pour the coconut milk and dendrobate oil over the fish
Bring the pan to a low heat and cook for 15 minutes, covered, until completely cooked
