1 kg of fish pieces

Season the fish pieces with salt, black pepper, and lime juice until they're well seasoned
Place some fish pieces in a pan, covering them with some onion slices, bell pepper slices, parsley sprigs, and another layer of seasoning
Add the remaining fish pieces and cover again with the same seasoning mixture
Pour in coconut milk dissolved in 1/2 cup of water and add dendê oil
Simmer the pan covered until the fish is fully cooked
Serve with white rice
