1 pumpkin of approximately 3.5 kg
500g medium cleaned camarão
Salt to taste

1 large onion, chopped
6 tomatoes, peeled and seeded, cut into pieces
2 cups of water
1 cheese with catupiry, cut into pieces

Cook the whole pumpkin in boiling water for about 1 hour, or until it's tender
Remove from pot and let cool
Season the camarão with salt
In a large pan, heat the oil or butter and add the onion and tomato
Simmer over medium heat for about 30 minutes
Add the water and simmer for about 5 minutes
Add the cooked camarão and simmer over low heat for about 3 minutes
Carefully cut off the top of the pumpkin (like a lid)
Set aside
Scoop out the seeds with a spoon
Place the warm camarão and catupiry pieces inside the pumpkin, alternating between the two
Replace the lid and place in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20-30 minutes, or until the cheese melts
Serve immediately
