Dust the raspberries with sugar and refrigerate
Separately whip the whipped cream
If using fresh, combine the sugar and whip until stiff peaks form
Add the chocolate chips and rum
Divide the raspberries into 6 portions and cover with the cream
Serve in 6 servings.
