3 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup sugar, granulated

Heat the milk
Remove from heat, add sugar, salt, and butter

Cover and let it double in volume
Knead quickly
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5cm
Use cookie cutter to cut out 48 disks
Place a piece of chocolate in the center of half the disks
Brush the edges with egg white
Cover with another disk and press edges together
Place on greased trays
Let it rise for 30 minutes
Heat plenty of oil over low heat
Fry the dreams one by one, flipping them until golden brown
Drain on paper towels
Dust with granulated sugar and serve.
