Ferment the milk with sugar
In a bowl, beat the egg yolks
SLOWLY add the hot milk
Simmer over low heat for 15 minutes, stirring constantly
Remove from heat
Add the liqueur and stir well
Refrigerate
Wash and clean the strawberries and serve covered in the sauce
If the strawberries are too acidic, sprinkle with additional sugar
